Join us for a deeply restorative 90-minute experience that weaves together the gentle wisdom of somatic yoga with a calming and restoring lavender tea meditation. This unique workshop invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body through two complementary practices designed to soothe your nervous system and connect you to your inner peace.

Begin with a 60-minute somatic yoga session led by yoga teacher Alyssa Baker, MSW, LICSW. The focus will be on gentle, mindful movements that help release tension and restore your body's natural awareness. Following this grounding practice, herbalist Allegra Kay will guide you into an immersive lavender tea meditation where you'll be invited to connect with this healing plant on a deeper level.

During the tea ceremony, you'll experience lavender not just as a flavor, but as a plant ally—learning about its therapeutic properties for calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, and promoting restful sleep. Through guided meditation, you'll "meet" the lavender plant, exploring its gifts of tranquility and how it can support your daily wellness practice. Each participant will receive a special lavender gift to take home, extending the benefits of this lovely plant into your everyday life.
